About this event
This class is meant for anyone who wants to learn a photo-based approach to printmaking that will produce multiple, unique one-of-a-kind images. Students will learn image and plate prep, transferring image to a photopolymer plate, print paper prep, inking prep and technique and an intro to a table top printing press. Students are asked to bring a 5 x 7-inch image (drawn or printed) onto laster translucent vellum paper. If using graphite, spray the paper with fixative prior to class. All other supplies are provided. All Supplies are Provided. This series of workshops is offered in celebration of our upcoming 80th anniversary in 2027.
