About this event
Circuit training allows you to move through a variety of strength and cardio stations utilizing weights, bands, and, the TRX. Come ready to sweat! This class is not appropriate for beginners. This class is held outside through 9/29, using the fitness equipment structure. Class will be held in Oak room on rainy days and starting 10/1.
