Experience the Garden using ALL of your senses during this immersive program. Start outside (weather dependent) to relax in the quiet beauty of winter and then step into the warm conservatory and slow down as you connect with the sights, sounds, scents, textures, and atmosphere of the tropical environment. Forest Bathing or Shinrin-yoku, is the Japanese philosophy of immersing yourself in the natural atmosphere in order to reap the restorative benefits. Designed for all ages and abilities, each session encourages mindfulness and relaxation while exploring the restorative benefits of spending time in nature. This practice boosts immunity, lowers blood pressure and stress hormones, prevents and relieves stress and anxiety, and increases cognitive functioning. Each session will end with a nature-based tea ceremony. Includes admission to the Garden to enjoy after the program. $45 Members | $50 Nonmembers REGISTER HERE
