Transition in the Trees - A Nature Reset

During our 3 - hours together we will play, pause and ponder through a mindful journey on the land. Celebrate and embrace the upcoming equinox by allowing yourself to be nurtured by nature through a variety of activities, including but not limited to, sensory engagement, play, meditation walking and sit spots, journaling prompts, art, etc... No experience needed. Led by a certified Mindful Outdoor Guide. Adult participation required if under 18. A small journal and light snacks are included.
