Training Group: Turkeys Alive 5K Run

Get ready for the 5th annual Turkeys Alive 5K Run/Walk! Race day: Thursday, November 26, 2026 @ 11am Turkeys Alive Day (Thanksgiving) More details about race day: https://www.meetup.com/vegan-adventure-club/events/315877394 Come for one or all four free group training meetups. This is a casual group. We will run or walk around the lake (your choice) and meet other vegan-friendly friends. Training group dates SATURDAYS: October 10 & 24, November 7 & 21. We will meet up at the north side of the beach at 9am, stretch, and begin running at about 9:10am (or walking or whatever you want to do). Whenever you are done running, we will briefly socialize and possibly share snacks at the nearby Bde Maka Ska Pavilion. See you there!
