Touch A Truck with Local Heroes

Join us as we celebrate the incredible people who help keep our community safe and running strong! On Saturday, September 5, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., head to the back lot at TCMU for a special opportunity to meet some of Greenville’s local heroes. Families can explore emergency and service vehicles, chat with the professionals who operate them, and learn more about the important roles they play in our community. Featured guests include the Greenville Fire Department, Greenville Police Department, Prisma Health Critical Care Paramedics with a Prisma Health ambulance, and Greenville Public Works. While you’re here, grab a refreshing drink from Travelin’ Tom’s of Greenville, a local coffee truck proudly owned and operated by a retired military veteran. This event is included with museum admission and is a fun way for children to connect with the people who serve our community every day. This event is included in museum admission.
