An Evening You Won’t Want to Miss​ Join us on the shores of Isle of Wight Bay for an unforgettable night of live music and dancing, exceptional cuisine, and wonderful company — all in celebration of our region’s incredible waterways.​​ ​ Coastal Culinary Experience This year’s toast will feature the culinary talents of Chef Nick Bertino, who has crafted an extraordinary five-course farm-to-table menu. His cooking style reflects a deep passion for the coast, with ingredients drawn fresh from our bays and fields. ​ Each course will be perfectly paired with Italian wines selected by regionally renowned sommelier Vincenzo Schiano (Enzo) aka ‘The Wineslayer”, creating a dining experience as rich and layered as the waters we protect.​​ ​ Live Music on the Bay Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy live New Orleans–style jazz from Judd Nielsen and the Neighborhood Crew.
