Titanic: People and Records

This program will look at the Titanic through the people involved and the records that document the disaster: Philip Zenni: Introducing Dayton's "Mr. Titanic!" - who boarded the RMS Titanic in France with an ultimate destination of the Gem City. Ship Records: A brief look at how to use passenger lists and other ship records to research Titanic passengers and others who traveled to the United States. Titanic Government Records: A survey of recently released government records related to the Titanic and what they can tell us about the disaster and its passengers. The program will conclude with a discussion of how these records can be used for further research. DML welcomes everyone to our programs.
