Recommended Age Groups: Grades 5th-12th, Adults & Seniors - Younger grades with adult assistance Program Description: Create your own 3D prints!! Using the free 3D design program Tinkercad you will learn the basics of 3D design, how 3D printers work and to turn a 3D design into a 3D printed object! Students will learn how to save programs to take to the new Downtown library maker space! Take these skills to create your own 3D which will be printed for you by Fablab and returned to the library. Participants will also have a 3D printed keepsake to clean and paint during class to take home.
