About this event
Join us for a special Afternoon Adventure! Investigate artifacts from an Indigenous Peoples of the Chesapeake traveling trunk from the Maryland Center for History and Culture! Every Thursday afternoon in our 5th floor program room, we will host a variety of fun activities including board games, card games, video games, Legos, movies, crafts, and more. This program is for children ages 5 years old and up. There will be numerous small pieces present, which may pose a choking hazard to younger children. Parents/caregivers MUST accompany children under the age of 8 during the program. Questions about this program? Contact the McGee Library at 240-773-9420. Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
