Third Mushroom Week: Nature Journaling Workshop

Riverview Room. Combine the magic of mushrooms with close observation in this two-hour introduction to nature journaling. We will be taking a deep look at the amazing variety of mushrooms growing in our backyards. There will be a few exercises to get our observation skills ramped up, then we will create a nature journal page for you to keep. We will have toned, or colored paper, as well as white paper on hand, and provide tips for using both. All materials are supplied, including mushrooms to draw, but please bring any specimens you wish to use. Led by Maine Master Naturalist and Wild Wonder Nature Journal Educator Karen O. Zimmermann.
