**Theology Encore** is a monthly Catholic discussion and social group in Boise, Idaho, that hosts guest speakers over dinner. In October (October 1st), we will be discussing Proposition 1 for the upcoming election. **These discussions are open to everyone!** **Venue**: Outback Steakhouse **Speaker**: Christian Welp Christian Welp is the Director of Diocesan Projects for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Boise, Idaho. He frequently acts as a speaker, commentator, and legislative liaison representing the diocese on matters of public policy, community programs, and local evangelization. **Time**: We will order at 6pm and the talk starts at 7pm.
