Back for one night only, Claire Jolie Goodman’s award-winning solo musical comedy returns to its birthplace: Elgin, IL. Theatre Kid Rehab takes the audience through a five-step program for recovery from the theatre kid epidemic, all while guiding them through the coming-of-age story of a little girl who wanted to be on Broadway, and ended up in the psych ward instead. It runs approximately one hour, and, besides the eight plus musical numbers, includes a variety of monologues, audience participation, and live trauma-dumping.
