The WOW Hall Unlocked: Historic Tour and Ice Cream Social

Did you know the WOW Hall was built in 1932 and is on the National Register of Historic Places? There’s a good chance you did. Did you know we still have the original boiler in the basement? Did you know we still circulate air in the building by using pulleys to open and close vents in the roof? Do you know what a “floating dance floor” actually is? Learn about the WOW Hall’s history and architecture – which are inspiring and quirky in almost equal measure – at our annual open house and ice cream social. Stop by anytime between 11am and 3pm and (re)discover the magic of our streamline-moderne/art-deco concrete jewel box! Tours at (roughly) 11am, 12pm, 1pm, and 2pm with additional special programming in between. Plus, we’ll be making all of our merchandise available at discounts of up to 20%.
