I don’t have time to take care of myself!” We promise, we won’t ask those questions or boss you around. This presentation takes the time to stand in the shoes of a family caregiver and invites you to stop for a moment, look up, and not only look for something beautiful (like a dragonfly or some wildflowers), but also think of a few things you might not have considered.
