Blamed for some of the highest-stakes robberies in history, including the Comtesse the Vendome (worth $31 million) to the Louvre Museum in Paris, the gang is allegedly responsible for over 200 audacious heists across the globe. Follow multiple perspectives from the thieves’, including their historic origin story that shaped the lives of young men and women turned criminal, the Pink Panthers’ meticulous planning, bold escapes, and how they narrowly avoid capture time and time again. Experience the thrill of the chase as Interpol is called to action, and learn the ultimate fate of the Pink Panthers as Interpol slowly closes the net. Presenter bio: A Cupertino native and San Jose State alum, Joss Lee was the youngest inductee into the San Jose International Brotherhood of Magicians. As a former magician and educator he does more than just pull rabbits from hats–Joss pulls stories from history and science. Drawing from his background in pedagogy and prestidigitation, he now travels the world as an enrichment lecturer. Joss offers a rare perspective into the untold narratives of history and fascinating breakthroughs in science, making topics accessible to history buffs and curious minds alike.
