The Sentinel: a Special Veteran's Day Program

Meeting Room. To commemorate Veteran's Day, join us for a screening of the documentary "Sentinel: Inside the Sacred Duty" with local filmmaker Phil Garrison. At Arlington National Cemetery, an elite platoon of U.S. Army Sentinels guards the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier—a vigil maintained every second, of every day, without fail. This 34-minute documentary honors these living symbols of dignity. Go behind the scenes to meet the Soldiers, past and present, who dedicate themselves to this "Sacred Duty." Our presenter: Phil Garrison is an award-winning local NJ documentary filmmaker and founder of Garrias Films. His work focuses on the transformative and inspirational power of human stories. He was inspired to produce "Sentinel" to honor his father who served as a Tomb Guard.
