The Schnitzel Wagon

The Schnitzel Wagon is Fort Collins’ newest food truck, bringing the rich flavors of traditional German cuisine to the community. Our specialties include hand-breaded chicken schnitzels, which can be elevated with our signature jägerschnitzel mushroom gravy. We also serve up classic favorites like spätzle, spätzle mac and cheese, pretzel bites with beer cheese sauce (featuring City Star’s Oktoberfest lager), bratwurst with sauerkraut and fries, bacon beer cheese burgers, beer cheese fries, and crispy German potato pancakes with sour drizzle and a side of applesauce. To cater to vegan and gluten-free guests, we offer a flavorful falafel bowl. For dessert, indulge in a slice of German chocolate cake or enjoy one of our Bavarian cream donuts. Screenshot
