Acting as a somatic and soulful reset, this session is part creative lab, part stress-relief sanctuary, and part personal growth workshop. Each session is structured around three pillars: \- The Somatic Unloading: We begin with evidence\-based stress relief tools \(movement\, breath\, or tactile grounding\) to discharge the accumulated tension of the month\. \- The Introspective Pivot: Through guided "micro\-journaling" and reflective prompts\, participants identify what they are leaving behind and what they want to shift in the next “mini\-chapter" of their life\. \- The Creative Manifestation: The session culminates in a multimedia deep dive\. Using a different medium each month—from intuitive clay to expressive collage—participants create a physical anchor for their intentions\. This is not a "how-to" class; it’s an experience where the personal act of making serves as a bridge to inner clarity, connection, and intention. Practice reflection, intention-setting, creative risk-taking, and mindfulness through confidence-building, and exposure to various multimedia art techniques.
