Whether you're sober-curious, living in sobriety, supporting someone you love, or simply looking for a welcoming community to move and connect with, this event is for you! About The Recovery Barre The Recovery Barre is a 501(c)(3) expanding access to wellness in sobriety by building free movement communities that pair an open recovery meeting with an accessible barre & Pilates class — creating spaces where anyone seeking, living in, or supporting sobriety feels welcome, seen, and empowered to thrive. What to Expect Meeting: We'll open with a relaxed community conversation surrounding the topic of sobriety where you're invited to share, listen, or simply be present. Anyone seeking sober community for any reason is welcome! Movement: A 45-minute, all-levels class blending barre, Pilates, and upbeat movement designed to support strength for daily life. No prior experience needed — all bodies and all levels welcome. Community: Connect with others in a warm, uplifting space where movement and sobriety come together!
