The Ramble Rocksit (#2)

Hey ☺️ Join me in sitting on a rock in the morning! ☀️ In leu of (or in addition to) a solo morning practice, this is a time to get together, go find a beautiful spot in nature, fan out and have our morning practice together on a rock! 🌬️ Bring a book, your journal, a blanket to sit on + a bevie if you want 🍵 This is a perfect time for meditation, breathwork, tuning inwards in whatever way resonates. After 30 min, we’ll meet back up and head out of the park together 🪨🏴‍☠️ ⏱️ T I M I N G 12pm - Meet up at MAST (address linked above) right below The Museum of Natural History. Anyone who wants can grab smth to go ☕️ 12:15pm - Walk to The Ramble & settle in 🪨 12:30-1:00 - Morning practice 🖋️ 1:15 - Reconvene and head out of the Park 👣
