The Other Planets

The Other Planets are a 4-piece psychedelic country band based in Brooklyn. Their songs arc towards the early ‘70s sounds of country music, when country and folk fused together on the west coast to give birth to rock n roll’s more laid-back twin. They go heavy on the three-part harmonies and savant-like pedal steel playing, with songs of long strange trips and poignant yearnings from the edge of the barstool. -listen-
