The NoVi Flow

Find your rhythm at The NoVi Flow, a community yoga experience held outdoors on the NoVi Green, just across from the Chatham Park YMCA. Led by Chatham Park YMCA instructors and designed for all levels, this energizing class offers a refreshing way to start the day with movement, mindfulness, and fresh air. Whether you are building strength, improving flexibility, or simply looking to reset, The NoVi Flow creates space to move, recharge, and connect. This event is free to attend. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be canceled. Check our social media channels for updates. This event is located at The NoVi Green (Across from the Chatham Par YMCA) Registration and signed waiver required on the Chatham Park App.
