In this exhilarating concert, Michael Cavanaugh celebrates the music of living piano legends Billy Joel and Elton John. Handpicked by Billy Joel to star in the Tony and Grammy-nominated Broadway musical Movin’ Out, he was hailed by Billboard as “The New Voice of the American Rock & Roll Songbook.” Along with a saxophone accompaniment, he creates a magical night of music and memories by connecting with the timeless songs and delivering unforgettable renditions of classics like Piano Man, Rocket Man, Movin’ Out, Your Song and My Life, just to name a few. More than just a concert, Michael weaves in personal anecdotes from his career on Broadway and how these songs shaped his life. Following his three years and 1,200 performances with Movin’ Out, Michael has continued to play to audiences worldwide, including PGA tour events, the Super Bowl and the Indy 500. And along with this show, he also tours with four different symphony productions that he has created over the last 20 years.
