Whether a devoted Gershwin fan or simply in search of a glamorous night out, you’ll be swept away by an evening of music, laughter, and showgirl sparkle. Mistress Ginger: Vocals Franco Holder: Piano Mistress Ginger (she/her) is a Twin Cities–based cabaret artist known for her dynamic performances that blend song, dance, and theatrical storytelling. A devoted interpreter of the Great American Songbook, she has created and performed tribute shows celebrating artists and composers such as Kurt Weill, Rodgers & Hart, Cole Porter, and Liza Minnelli. Ginger has brought her signature sparkle to stages across the Twin Cities, from the Bryant-Lake Bowl Theater to Crooners Supper Club. “Mistress Ginger is a cabaret singer who brings warmth and depth to a lyric, and always lets the song shine through. She moves easily from the steam of a torch song to the campy wink of a double entendre – always while holding up the classic composers and lyricists she loves.” –Michael Whistler of Interact Center for the Arts, for MPR News Art Hounds, 2021 mistressginger.com
