Second Floor. Join us at the Barbara Bush Branch Library for The Library Show Chapter Two in benefit with Hearts of Rescue! The acoustic story continues with three local Houston performers. They're your favorite musicians' favorite musicians! Indie shoegaze clarinet, experimental digital hardcore, screamo, words, descriptors, come listen for yourself. Bring your friends, mom, or even your grandma. With a goal of restoring self-worth, hope, and dignity back into all which they serve, Hearts of Rescue is devoted to advocate for the homeless, hungry, and under-represented members of our society. Help this non-profit organization provide for our community by donating clean clothes or new hygiene items at the door! A list of requested items can be found here. The Barbara Bush Library Friends will be accepting donations on behalf of Hearts of Rescue. Doors open at 5:30pm and the show starts at 6pm. *Ages 18+. Minors are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian. *
