THE LAUNCH

THE LAUNCH is the bi-weekly event of THE DRIVE — a community built around movement, connection, and personal growth. This isn't just a workout. It's an opportunity to step away from the routines that keep us stuck and spend a morning surrounded by people committed to becoming better together. We'll start by gathering as a group, meeting new people, sharing introductions, and setting the tone for the morning. From there, we'll warm up and head out on a group run toward our workout destination. Once we arrive, we'll take on a full-body outdoor workout featuring team challenges, partner drills, calisthenics, and functional fitness movements designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're an experienced athlete or just getting started on your fitness journey, you'll be able to participate and challenge yourself at your own pace. What to expect: -Community introductions and networking -Group warm-up and mobility work -Scenic group run -Outdoor HIIT workout -Partner and team challenges -Great energy, music, and encouragement -New friendships and meaningful connections What to bring: -Running shoes -Water -Comfortable workout clothes -A positive attitude At The Drive, we believe momentum is built through consistent action and the people we surround ourselves with.
