We are focusing on the Lord’s Prayer in Aramaic; Dances of Universal Peace, sufi practice, Jewish, Buddhist, and Hindu songs; breath work, tone work, concentration and meditation; as well as other ways of involving the body in prayer. God is One and can be approached from any direction How to touch the Ininite It can be a remedy for living in troubled times. There will be no meeting at Light Upon Light on the 1st Wednesdays going forward. There is an in-person meeting every Wednesday but the third, at 7:00 at the Light Upon Light Sufi Center.
