Hot Seats is the format this room get the most out of, so it keeps coming back. Three members take the hot seat with a real, current business problem. The room works on it together: table-level brainstorming, honest feedback, and practical suggestions from people who are building businesses right now. No panels. No slides. Just real problems and real people helping solve them. Come ready to contribute. If you want the hot seat, come ready to be honest about what is actually hard. **Who this is for** Entrepreneurs who learn from real problems rather than frameworks, and anyone who would rather work on something concrete than listen to a talk. **What you'll gain** \- Live feedback on a real problem\, whether or not you are in the seat \- Angles you would not have reached on your own \- A short list of people worth following up with \- A reason to keep the conversation going after the night ends **Why this month matters** You do not have to solve hard problems alone, and the person with your answer is usually in the room already. **Best for you if** You have a decision you have been circling for weeks. **WANT THE HOT SEAT?** We need three volunteers for each Hot Seats night.
