The Healing Arts ZY Qigong practice.

This in person and online class is to help you discover how to empower your energy body and begin to move deeper into who you really are. This practice includes level one, two and three exercises and Ancient Master Meditations that help heal and balance the physical, energy and emotional body. Connect to and create a reality that is nurturing and brings a feeling of bliss, where time and space seem to stand still. Feel like you have control over your life and be in a calm relaxed state. Choose to move your awareness and connections to those you love and to the Earth and Universe. What do you really want out of Life? Qigong is a practice and has a powerful effect that lifts our Spiritual and emotional being to a higher level feeling gratitude and unconditional love in your whole being. This effect allows you to live in a more relaxed physical body and quieter, calmer mind. Move through life with out being affected by the story's we are being shown as real.
