**This in person and online class is to help you discover how to empower your energy body and begin to move deeper into who you really are.** **This practice includes level one, two and three exercises and Ancient Master Meditations that help heal and balance the physical, energy and emotional body.** **Connect to and create a reality that is nurturing and brings a feeling of bliss, where time and space seem to stand still.** **Feel like you have control over your life and be in a calm relaxed state.
