About this event
Being a teen right now isn’t easy. Constant transitions, real pressure, and a digital world that can leave you feeling more isolated than ever. That’s why you deserve a night to be celebrated like the VIP you are. The Firefly Teen Festival is a free, intergenerational event created to celebrate teens. It’s family-friendly and open to everyone, but teens (11-19yrs) are the guests of honor. Brought to you by Firefly World in partnership with Rainbow Edu, Inner Team Building, and funded by the Odyssey Impact Grant. What’s happening: 🎤 Real Talk Panel — Teens and special guests get honest about the stuff nobody else says out loud, featuring Cindy Chanin (Founder, Rainbow Edu — college admissions expert), Elora Lyda (teen art therapist and mentor), and Farah “Firefly” Mitha (Founder of Firefly World; award-winning recording artist, actor, and speaker) 🎶 Live Firefly Concert — An intimate, emotionally honest performance by Farah “Firefly” Mitha (@fireflynow), whose relatable lyrics and stories have helped thousands of teens feel less alone 🌟 Teen Showcase — Local teens take the stage to perform for the community and share how they cope with stress and overwhelm 📸 Selfie Station + teen-exclusive loot bags packed with giveaways Why it matters: Being a teen today is harder than ever — this night exists so teens feel seen, heard, and celebrated, with the adults in their life invited to witness it.
