The Dark Horses celebrate the music of George Harrison
The Dark Horses, a powerhouse line-up of nine Orange County NY musicians, bring to life Harrison’s musical legacy from his Cavern Club days with the Beatles through his solo career, including collaborations with Eric Clapton, Jeff Lynne, and The Traveling Wilburys. The stories behind the music form a narrative connecting the music to a generation for which Harrison’s music was a soundtrack, while creating context for a newer musical generation. No costumes. No gimmicks. Just great musicianship and a 2+ hour show! Gerard Mancini, guitar Glenn John Arnowitz, keys/vocals Alan Magee, guitar/vocals Pete Verutes, bass Michael Robert Hickey, drums/vocals Melissa Mahony, vocals/ukelele Pattie Gordon, vocals Mike Pacer, alto/baritone saxes Barton Schindler, tenor sax
