On the heels of her JazzWeek radio chart topping album RIOFONIC, vocalist Mafalda Minnozzi makes her first westward tour from her home bases of NY, Brazil and Italy. Italian born and Brazilian baptized via her over 20 albums and touring career in Brazil that includes duets with the legendary Milton Nascimento, Joao Bosco and Leny Andrade, Mafalda will surprise with her blend of the Brazilian, American, French and Italian songbook classics wrapped up in an exciting arranging style with NY guitarist Paul Ricci. Their unique takes and improvisational twists blend the familiar with the unexpected.
