If there are **never enough hours in the day**, if your to-do list keeps growing faster than you can finish it, if things fall through the cracks when you get busy, or if you constantly feel like **everything still depends on you**—you probably don’t need to work harder. **You have a bottleneck.** At October’s GRID Cleveland, we’re turning our monthly mastermind into a hands-on **Business Bottleneck Workshop** designed for business owners, real estate agents and entrepreneurs who want to create more leverage, better systems and more freedom in their business. **Last Wednesday of October \| COhatch Beachwood** Instead of giving you another list of systems you “should” have, we’re going to help you figure out **where your business is actually getting stuck first.** During the workshop, you’ll work through your business to: * Identify your **#1 primary bottleneck** and your secondary bottleneck * Recognize exactly **how that bottleneck is showing up** in your day-to-day business * Determine where better **processes, systems or leverage** could free up your time * Walk away with a few practical strategies to start breaking through it * Get a **book recommendation specific to your bottleneck** so you know what to work on next And if time allows, we’ll break into groups based on your primary bottleneck to **mastermind with other business owners facing the same challenge.** This isn’t about building 47 SOPs or automating everything because someone online told you to.
