Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared multi course private dinner in our taproom featuring Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Dates, Arugula Pear Salad, Tomato Bisque, Beef Tenderloin, and Caramel Cheesecake, each carefully paired with a Reserve Artisan Ales craft beer. Throughout the evening, our guides will introduce each course and its accompanying beer, sharing the flavors, characteristics, and inspiration behind each pairing. Guests will also enjoy a behind the scenes brewery tour and learn more about the brewing process and the craft behind what’s in your glass.
