Each week, participants explore something different — from guitar, piano, rhythm, lyrics, songwriting, and song analysis to learning basic music concepts and creating together. Every group session also incorporates meaningful discussion around recovery, life experiences, personal growth, and how music can be used as a positive outlet. No musical experience is required. Whether you already love making music, have always wanted to learn an instrument, or simply enjoy listening and connecting through music, everyone is welcome. Come learn. Listen. Create. Connect.
