The schedule: 9 a.m. Gentle morning yoga Ease into the day with mindful movement designed to awaken the body, improve flexibility, reduce stress and encourage relaxation. 10 a.m. Unplugged: you time The time is yours. Relax in the eucalyptus-infused steam room and stone-heated cedar sauna or book a treatment in advance and receive 20% off. 11:45 a.m. Garden-to-table lunch Gather for a nourishing lunch inspired by the seasonal bounty of The Allison’s onsite Chef’s Garden. 1 p.m. Wellness keynote with Hugh Huffaker Join Hugh, CEO of CauseMedic, for an engaging conversation centered on well-being and the role CBD can play in supporting anxiety, inflammation, sleep and chronic pain. 2:30 p.m. Mindful meditation Quiet the mind and come to center during a guided meditation session. 3:15 p.m. Spa and relaxation time Return to the spa for more dedicated time to unwind and recharge. Enjoy the amenities or book a treatment – all at 20% off. 5:15 p.m. (optional add-on activity) Wine tasting and charcuterie End the day with us at Rain Dance Vineyards for a guided wine tasting and charcuterie, just steps away from The Allison Inn & Spa.
