A complete journey from activation to deep restoration.** There are times when we know we are ready to let something go, yet slowing down enough to actually release it can be difficult. **The Art of Letting Go** is an immersive **three-hour experience** created to help you move out of the noise of everyday life, reconnect with your body, release what you are ready to leave behind, and create space for renewal. Inside the beautiful historic All Saints Chapel, **Satori Minds Breathwork and Elevated Energy Healing Sound & Wellness** will guide you through an intentional progression of gentle movement, breathwork, Reiki Energy Healing, intention setting, and immersive sound. We will begin with intention setting and gentle somatic movement designed to help you settle into your body, soften tension, and prepare for the breathwork experience. You will then be guided through a powerful breathwork journey accompanied by a **specially curated musical playlist**. Breath and music work together to support deeper awareness, emotional release, clarity, and connection. As the breathwork comes to a close, the energy of the evening begins to shift from activation into receiving. You will settle into stillness as Reiki Energy Healing is woven throughout the experience, followed by a deeply restorative **Dual Practitioner Sound Bath**.
