The Allison Spa Yoga in the Garden

Join us on Sunday mornings in the summer for a peaceful, open-air experience set among the beauty of our Meadow Garden. This summer series invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself in a serene natural setting. Each 60-minute class blends gentle Yin, Vinyasa and Hatha practices. Come as you are – no experience required. Details: Complimentary for overnight guests (contact concierge@theallison.com for the discount code). $25 for local guests (spa amenities not included). Local guest class packages include access to spa amenities: four classes for $200 or eight classes for $350. Please contact the spa to purchase. Mats or towels are provided.
