Explore AMFA’s exhibition The Age of Anxiety: German Expressionism in Art and Film and create a painting inspired by the art on view. Learn to paint a black-and-white colorscape while learning about brush strokes, paint application, and basic painting design. Whether you are a beginner or refining your skills, you will receive expert instruction and practical guidance to capture a moment in time. The Windgate Art School’s Reduced Tuition Program is supported by Michael Laughter. Reduced tuition is automatically applied to all classes through 2026. The Age of Anxiety: German Expressionism in Art and Film is in cooperation with the Institute for Cultural Exchange and the Friedrich-Wilhelm-Murnau Foundation.
