Tenant Rights & Responsibilities Workshop (In Person)

New changes to Rockville’s landlord-tenant code take effect Jan. 1, 2027, bringing new rights and responsibilities for landlords and tenants. This fall, join us for a series of workshops to learn what’s changing, what the new rules mean for you, and how to navigate common rental housing issues. Whether you’re a landlord or a tenant, these sessions will provide practical information, answer your questions, and connect you with resources and assistance. To see other scheduled landlord and tenant workshops and learn more about recent changes to city code, visit Engage Rockville.
