We’ll explore what makes a story engaging, how to focus on what matters, and how to uncover the deeper meaning within your experiences. Participants will have the option to share their stories in a supportive, welcoming environment. No writing or storytelling experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a moment (or two) that stayed with you. Whether you are writing a memoir, telling stories out loud, or trying to understand the ones that won’t let you go—this is where you begin.
