In 2008 she became a registered nurse. She moved to Colorado in 2011 and in 2015 became a family nurse practitioner. She worked as a primary care provider until moving to the North Fork Valley and starting work with Delta County Public Health in the fall of 2023. Having grown up in a rural community and dedicated to community service, she’s delighted to be living on the western slope and providing public health services to the Delta County community. Her core values include compassion, inclusivity, justice, prevention, and strengths based care that acknowledges individuals and community are intertwined. Robin relaxes and recharges by spending time outdoors in the garden with the chickens or exploring the wilderness with her partner and pup. Her door is always open and she looks forward to working with all people in our county and surrounding communities to promote health, harm reduction, and wellness.Abby HouseAbby House has been part of the western Colorado community since moving from the cornfields of central Illinois to the cornfields of the western slope in 2020.
