About this event
For ages 12-18: Teen Writing Club Meet other teen writers and work on your own writing project! Join us monthly for an hour of discussion, writing, and the chance to share your work with others (only if you want to!). You can tell your story through your very own novel, book of poems, song lyrics, script, or comic book. When we’re not writing, we’ll talk about all things creative writing like genre (think fantasy, sci-fi, etc.), bringing your characters’ personalities to life, and your favorite stories (including book series/songwriters/movies and more). A Room of Your Own is a safe and inclusive space for you to grow as a writer and gain confidence in your authorial voice. Let’s put all your ideas onto the page!
