About this event
YA Area. Being a Teen Library Volunteer is a fun way to fill your service hours, get some valuable volunteering experience, and get a feel for what it’s like to have a job. Teen volunteers will help to organize shelves, pull books for displays, prepare craft materials, and help the teen department with other miscellaneous tasks. Teen volunteers must be independent, responsible, and adhere to the library's behavior policies. Volunteer hours available. Forms signed by a parent or guardian need to be completed beforehand so drop-in volunteers will not be accepted. Click here for a copy of the form or ask the teen desk for a copy. Grades 7-12.
