Join your teen peers and future voters for a watch party of our online program Being an Informed Voter. Ready, Set, Vote: A Conversation on Being an Informed Voter is part of our Civic Empowerment Series 2026. Join our live stream of the dynamic panel discussion on how to become a more informed and confident voter. We bring together a librarian, an Illinois Bar Association attorney, and a representative from the League of Women Voters of Illinois to share trusted resources for researching candidates, understanding judicial elections, and navigating nonpartisan tools available to all. This moderated conversation empowers voters with practical strategies for making informed decisions at the ballot box. During the program, we have snacks, drinks, and a fun game to follow the presentation. Become civically informed to be civically involved. Please note: You (or your parent/guardian for participants under age 18) are required to sign our Waiver and Release of Liability before participating in this program. We provide a copy of the waiver at the program.
