About this event
West End Meeting Room A. This month, we'll experiment with adding thermochromic (or heat-reactive) pigment to mugs as we paint them with the marble-dipping method. Teen STEAM events are for teens and tweens, ages 11-18. Registration is required. Please note that mugs will need to be left at the library to dry and be sealed for 48 hours before they can be picked up. Teen STEAM programming allows teens to explore science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics by working on hands-on projects that help them develop critical thinking skills, hone their creativity, practice working independently and collaboratively, as well as perform problem-solving through engaging projects.
