Teen Hours at the Wellness Center

Teen Hours at the Wellness Center give youth ages 13–15 a place to focus on fitness, wellness, and healthy routines after school. Teen Hours are offered Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. During this time, teens can enjoy safe and supervised access to the Wellness Center, with staff on hand to guide and support their activities. Participation is open to Beneficiaries ages 13–15. To enroll, a guardian must accompany the teen during the initial sign-up process at the Wellness Center. What to Bring A full water bottle (no soda or energy drinks) Gym-appropriate clothes Closed-toe athletic shoes (no sandals, flip-flops, or open-toe shoes) Food is not allowed unless medically necessary Teen Hours are designed to encourage movement, fitness, and wellness in a fun and supportive environment.
