Teen Crochet For Beginners with Sarah Kay

Community Room. Crochet a soap saver while learning the basics of crochet. This class is for beginners and individuals who have never crocheted before. Soap Savers can be used as a washcloth or soap saver. During the class, we will crochet a simple soap saver that can be filled with pre-packaged soap and kept for yourself or distributed to those in need. All materials will be supplied. Sarah Kay learned to crochet in 2023, where she found a passion for fiber arts and meeting new people! You can find her crocheting, reading, or spending time with her family. She crochets for many non-profits around Rochester. This event is designed for Teens in grades 7-12. Registration is required. Henrietta Public Library is committed to creating inclusive and accessible events.
